Roger Gibbs produced the popular Barbados on the Water festival at Harbourfront Centre and founded / produced Calypso Stars for the Organization of Calypso Performing Artistes (OCPA), an event that remains the biggest annual concert of Canadian Calypso and Soca. He also, worked as an Artistic Director for the Toronto Caribbean Carnival.
